In order to get started with the sign-up and activate the account, it must be made sure that the company you wish to log in from must be a client of ADP and you are to obtain your self – service registration code from the payroll administrator. There are two types of registration that can be done via ADP login –

The link first requires you to enter your registration number prescribed by the payroll administrator. After entering the code, verify your identity, and you will receive a User ID and password. After logging in, choose the security questions, enter contact information and the activation code. After entering all the necessary details, you can review the information and complete the registration process.

To register as an administrator, the above same link can be connected to and the same registration process can be followed and completed to log in as above.

There may arise problems while logging in to the ADP portal which is also common while logging in to any other accounts. But if you are unable to log in to the ADP portal then try the below options –
- Check spelling and spacing of the Password as they are case sensitive.
- Close all the active internet browsers and try logging in again as the internet connection due to too many browsers open may get slow.
- Clear the browser history and cache. By clearing the history and cache, you will be required to identify yourself via a reception of an activation code, during the net login. Enter the activation code and the security question that was set up while registering.
- However, after three unsuccessful attempts at logging in, the account will automatically get locked. If that happens, contact the company administrator to reissue access to the account.
- If you forgot your password – follow the instructions provided and answer the security questions to change the password. After changing the password, use the User ID and the new password to log in.
- In case you forgot your User ID – the same will apply as above. The answering of the security questions after whose completion your User ID will be displayed using which you can log in to the application.
- In case you are locked out of the account by exceeding the number of logging in attempts then you may contact the company administrator for assistance.
